VINTAGE Red Midi/Maxi Skirt

This gorgeous long red skirt was originally purchased in Japan in the 90s! I am 5’7” and would wear this as a midi skirt, but it could be a maxi skirt on someone shorter. I think it would best fit a size 0 or 2. Measurements: Waist - 13” Length - 31” This item is DRY CLEAN ONLY.
