VINTAGE RESISTOL GRAY MEDOROL FEDORA HAT SIZE 7 WITH FEATHER

1960s Resistol gray medorol Size 7 Fedora Hat" It has a 1-1/2" brim and 5" open crown. The crown is wrapped in a 3/4" gray colored hat band with hat pin and also sports a nice looking feather accent. The hat shows little wear. The surface is in good shape with no staining, or major flaws . The back top of the crown could stand some steam and blocking. The felt has a nice hand and shapes easily. The sweat band is supple and has some noticeable issues but other than that is a nice hat. I am estimating the 1960s date of manufacture based on the logo style .By the middle of the century, Resisol were sold all over America and manufactured in Texas – the largest hat factory in the world. This was the golden age of the top hats
