VINTAGE Purple Handwoven Knit Sweater Coat

It’s giving Hufflepuff, it’s giving grannycore and it’s giving handwoven all day. This cape -like knit is drapey, 80’s style. It has a nice thundershirt weight to it. Pockets, check, pleats, yes, and it fits the “sweater coat” category as well. There are a few subtle changes in shade across the garment. It’s beautiful. It’s over 30 years old. Please see all photos. It’s has some stretched areas by the pleats and there’s a bouclè type effect going on from fuzzy threads, but this adds to its appeal.
