VINTAGE Porcelain Lobster Dish!

Gorg piece, in amazing, beautiful vintage condition! Porcelain (I think) double-basket lobster dish with handle in middle. Porcelain is a cream color, which changes to a darker gradient as you get closer to the edges of the dish. Pink and gold design and a dainty white and purple flower decoration. Gold trim around majority of dish, and on handle. I wish I knew more about this item! No name/stamp that I could see. Bottom of dish has numbers, either 3737 or 3131 with 13 underneath - not sure what this means. There are a few small scuffs on underside of dish. Some darker dots as well over the top portion but I’m not sure if this is a variation in the porcelain? There is wear on the gold handle/flower design on the handle in the middle from past use and on some areas of the gold trim but this dish still looks absolutely amazing. Measures about 14” across and 10” length at longest spots. Handle area about 7” in length. About 2” in height for the dish itself. Handle about 3” total. If any questions, please let me know!!
