This VINTAGE American-Made Rich blue pleated skirt is the perfect weight! The original belt is missing from the thin loops - the overall look/fit is unaffected. Measurements: elastic waist 13” and length is 25 1/2.” This is a vintage piece and fits as such. At the waist there is some give, but not modern stretch.
