Super Brandy Melville type high waited mini pencil plaid skirt. Also gives me old American Apparel — super cute and form-fitting. True vintage, lined, lil slit on the back too. Measurements laying flat: Waist 12” Hips 16” Length from waist to hem 18” I’m a 26” waist and can usually squeeze into ~24” stuff but not this. There is no stretch/give and would best fit a true petite 24” waist
