Truly outstanding sheer white layered nylon petticoat with pink, blue, yellow, purple ruffles at edges and cream satin waistband. Pinned to fit on XL model, this is meant to be worn underneath a full skirt for extra volume with the colorful ruffled edges peeking out but can be worn alone if you feel like it! In great condition, the elastic at waist band is pretty worn out but as long as you are wearing a belt, it would be fine! Posted size is XL with a waist band of 44-50”
