VINTAGE New Year's Eve Party Hats -- 38 hats total

Vintage New Year's Eve party hats. Set of 38 total hats: 7 pink hats with female dancer; 7 blue hats with male dancer; 8 red hats with champagne glass; 4 green hats with drum and noise makers; 7 blue hats with toasting couple; 5 yellow hats with clock. Made of printed paper cardboard. They don't appear to have been used, but they are worn from longtime storage -- rough on edges and folds in cardboard. See last photos for example of wear. Some of the rubber straps are missing and others are partly attached. Otherwise, they are a very cool and totally retro New Year party supply!
