I think what's fair is I put mine in the middle since it's not refurbished it has been unused but it's been sitting in a box with other things for quite a long time now so I think it's certainly better than refurbished and maybe a little less good if at all then one sealed in the package. I did put a battery in it and tested it and it works perfectly. I bought these brand new many years ago took them out of the box they came in or package and then put it in a box along with my other electronic stuff and it's been sitting amongst other things like this for a long time now so since I haven't used it I might as well sell it now that someone would appreciate it. It's condition is new although it may have picked up a few scuffs from just sitting in the box rubbing up against other items. Took a lot of different photos so you could take a close look at it yourself and decide for yourself it's condition which I think is near perfect.
