Brand New Vintage navy blue "A" line dress with polka dots on double collar and front panel. This is the same dress as the black one that is listed only this is Navy Blue. Size XL. Cotton sheen material. Back zipper. NOTE: When I wrote up the description of the black dress that is the same as the navy, I showed a picture of a white wide belt. I only have 1 wide white belt. Whichever dress sells first and if the buyer wants the belt, I will throw it in FOC.
