Delicate scalloped edged milk glass plate. It has some rough edges (maybe flea bites). Milk glass plates are very difficult to find- in any condition. Check out the closeup photo / there is a dark area imbedded around the rim area. It’s small & not really noticeable unless closeup…this is a great find and great piece for any collection.
