Beautiful Handcrafted Tonala Bird Figurine. Tonala pottery is a type of Mexican pottery that originates from the town of Tonalá in Jalisco and dates back the pre-hispanic period. The pottery often features floral patterns, animals, and other whimsical motifs. There are minimal signs of age and beautiful imperfections in the glaze (please see photos #6-9). Made in Mexico.
