VINTAGE MARLO GOLDEN SHOULDER BAG

A vintage Marlo bag in a heavy gold tone on tone striped shoulder bag with a striking metal elephant detail. It has dual handles drawn through grommets and drop 15". The bag has a shimmering effect and it has an exterior back zipper pocket. The flap with the fabulous heavy metal elephant is a magnetic snap closure. The interior is a 3 compartment entry with the front completely open, the center is a zipper compartment and the back has a zipper pocket. It measures 11.5" wide, 10" in height and a depth of 3.5". The interior is lined in a natural shade of linen. There is glue residue around the interior zipper and a stain at the bottom of the lining in the same compartment; I cleaned it but it wasn't all removed (I've cleaned it since my pics were taken so the staining is more faint). I think a another cleaning or 2 will remove it but I would use it as-is since it's not seen when wearing. I believe this is from the 1980's era and a wonderful statement bag! Thanks for looking!
