VINTAGE LOS CASTILLO TAXCO SILVER LILLY PIN BROOCH

This stunning signed pin/brooch features a beautifully crafted calla Lilly with hand crafted silver and inlay of malachite. This piece is marked with the Castillo Circle & Stylized Eagle 15, which represents pieces created c. 1955 - c.1970s. Made in Mexico. This style, called Metales Casados (Married Metals) was innovated by Jorge (Chato) Castillo and is likely his work. Excellent condition for a beautifully made vintage piece. 21grams Measures approximately 2.5" x 1.75"
