Vintage lady in hoop skirt brass hand bell in good preowned condition. Some of the brass has worn away in a few spots. See photos. Likely from the 1960s-70s. The lady is wearing a bonnet and her hair is visible above her face. 3.25"H x 2.5"W x 2"L I am decluttering my late grandmother's collection.
