VINTAGE LADIES HAT MADE BY SHENLEY'S MILLNERS

This hat is a true vintage hat made by the miller of Shenley;s in Washington D.C. I show this Millner working and selling out of Kentucky. So its a mystery ! As you can see it is fuchsia and it is adjustable to fit. The black embellishment and beading on the hat are in great shape as is the hat .But the netting has been cut off. You could either replace or remove the remnant of the lacy veil. Thank you.
