VINTAGE MARKED KAUKAUNA KLUB WISCONSIN CHEESE CROCK WITH WIRE BAIL LID. This Kaukauna Klub Wisconsin Cheese Company item is USA-made. In 1918, Hubert Fassbender formed his own distributing company in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, which eventually became Kaukauna Cheese. The Kaukauna Klub brand was introduced, and copyrighted in 1933 & the crocks are ceramic porcelain stoneware pottery. This crock has a lid & a wire lid clamp. VGUC. Shows character: signs of aging, small chips, & discoloration (see pix).

rhody2019 Thank you for sharing the history with this crock, so much has been erased over the years. This is my family's company as Hubert Fassbender was my great-great uncle. My grandfather was involved as well.
