VINTAGE JEWEL TONED AFGHAN CROCHETED BLANKET

This afghan blanket was purchased at a senior citizen social club’s Christmas fair in the 80’s. Measuring 84”x48”, it’s a forest green base color that has lovely, subtle flecks of gold in it. The zig-zag stripes are chocolate, rust, & maroon. In EVC with minimal wear, it has always been stored in a hope chest between uses. Whoever created this was a pro, because the weave is nice & tight, & the blanket is weighty, which makes it’s very relaxing & cozy to be under!
