This is a homemade dress!!! 3/4in sleeve, small flaps to make it look like it's got a collar!! Very cute, took awhile to make but no longer fits! Only worn twice! Wash on gentle and hang to dry! Measurements laying flat are: pit to pit 15in lowest point of bust to bottom 33in sleeves from shoulder are 17in (sash can make it loose or tight! **ALL HOMEMADE**
