VINTAGE Holiday Sandy's Girls Dress

VINTAGE 1980's Sandy's Girls size 4 dress. Has been PROFESSIONALLY Dry cleaned. The back waist has ALIVE elastic. No Belt. The only issue is velvet fuzz landed in flap of buttons and button holes. I have tried to remove it, but some remained.
