mandyboggs I’m so sorry that I wasn’t able to get to it today. I’ll try to tomorrow! I’m guessing it’s 12” (24” total) with elastic stretch. But I’ll confirm. Again, sorry.

mandyboggs @rachel1sam1 hi. I just checked that yes, it is a 12” elastic waste with stretch. It will NOT fit everyone as the label says. But yes. The waste is 24” (12” across) with elastic.
