VINTAGE ITALIAN ARTIST HANDMADE MINI DRESS SZ SMALL One of a kind piece! I bought this in Milan, Italy 20 years ago from an artist/designer who had a small shop where she sold her designs. The skirt is has ruching on both sides and is made from a glitter material that sparkles in the light. I’ve barely worn it because it was so special to me I didn’t want to where it down which, in retrospect, seems kind of dumb. Haha
