VINTAGE HAND PAINTED ROSES/BEADED SUGAR BOWL

Vintage beautiful hand painted roses and beading sugar bowl. Some 14k gold paint accents. No markings but looks like Nippon? One small chip on inside rim of cover (see photo.). Chip not seen when cover is on. Approximately 4” high and 7” wide (including handles).
