VINTAGE Gingham 80s Corporate Dress

So sad to part with this, it was a project I never got too, but saw a vision of exaggeratively taking in the waist and making it a mini dress. (2nd picture) Very cute long as well, has shoulder pads and is missing one button, I thrifted it like this. I believe this is from the 80s and it’s listed as size 16, last image has a vintage size chart conversion for reference.
