*VINTAGE* French Navy printed pattern blouse size 11/12 US

Wild print blouse by French Navy circa 90's or older. Excellent condition, nearly new. No care tag, but feels like cotton/poly blend. Lightweight, but not sheer. Should be a size 11 or 12 US (everything else in the closet is).
