suebeezfinds @yrudumb1 yes! Sorry I didn’t see your comment sooner. The circumference of very top inside of boot is about 15 inches. I added a pic of the outside measurement from toe to heel. I am not personally a size 10 but they measure 10inches so I would say true to size!
