VINTAGE EYELET BLACK MIDI DRESS. Elastic at neckline so it can be worn on or slightly off the shoulders. Allover eyelet. Short puff sleeves with button & ruffle. Ruffle neckline & hem. Will need a slip for underneath. Tie sash at waist or style with your own belt. Midi length. MADE IN USA 🇺🇸 Size 8 (runs a little small in my opinion) Tags are faded due to age. Dress is in excellent condition.
