This is a rare find , roughly from 2003-2005 Express era: The golden days of their brand. It is a double layered mini dress with hidden pockets. It could also be worn with a pencil pant and heel. It has a really unique shape as the bottom part of the drop waste that resembles a wrap shape. The neckline is modern, with a modified v neck, notched neck. Arms and hems are good condition, with minor stitch lift in a few spots and a fabric pull in bust area (photo-minimal). This dress works for almost anything.
