VINTAGE Ellemenno Cotton Mini Skirt/ XL

Hi downsizing most of my vintage clothes! Super cute Mini Skirt.... XL ..I wear a 8 to 11 usually in juniors and it fits me... 95 percent cotton 5 Spandex Soft Cotton makes it stretch some and super comfortable..... This is early 2000 ? Thanks...
