Beautiful VINTAGE EVELYN VARON VELVET HAT CHARTREUSE LAYERED MID CENTURY MCM CHARTREUSE. The material is a a soft velvet/veleveteen material in a gorgeous yellow-green chartreuse color with dark print all around. Turban style. The hat is small and I believe it is meant to sit at the top of the head. Black netting interior. Signed Evelyn Varon Exclusive. Measures approximately: 20" around the circumference of the band and sits at about 5.5"-6" at its highest height. Great vintage condition with a bit of fading in color on the top but does not deter from wear or the fabulousness of this piece.
