Vintage Empire England Cumberland Hotel China ashtray. Trimmed in gold with a specked blue border. Inset with pink flowers with green leaves. Crazing throughout. No chips. The inside is stained under the glaze. This may have been intended to be a finger bowl, but I think it was used as an ashtray. In good preowned condition. 3" diameter across the top 1" high 2" diameter across the bottom
