They represent: Pluto - The number "2" in yellow with orange paw prints and green collar, measuring 5/8" (1.6 cm). Goofy - The number "0" with blue on the bottom, orange on the top half and Goofy's green hat on top, measuring 5/8" (1.6 cm) wide by 3/4" (2 cm) tall.
