Inducted into the Millinery Arts Alliance.Her creations begin with using a hat block and ending with handmade created trims. Navy straw wide brim,surrounded with gathered navy and cream polka dot tulle, cream colored handmade silk flowers, silk ribbon and ostrich plumes. Measures 15" round. Excellent condition. A must have.
