VINTAGE Corps of Engineers windbreaker

This seems unused, and it’s in near perfect vintage condition. Bright red with white velour prints (yay for the 80s, amiright?). Hood is zipped into collar…I’m not confident in my ability to fold it back, so I didn’t undo it. 🤣 Drawstring waist. Full zip. Elastic cuffs (still supple without cracking). No rips, holes. A fee small dark spots that are barely noticeable. One small thread snag on right sleeve. See pic. See pics for measurements
