VINTAGE Collar Short Sleeve Striped Top Shirt

Super cool vintage top!! Brand is Scene II Act III. White with dark blue stripes. Pull on style. V neck with fold down collar. Short sleeves with fold up cuffs. Banded waist hem. Material is similar to terry cloth. No material tag. Size tag says a size 12, but listed as a size small based on measurements (see photo diagram). Stretch to fabric for good fit.
