Would probably fit small to medium best. This is an amazing piece it feels like a very high end cotton like material. Floral almost watercolor like print is even better in person. Good vintage condition with minor fixable flaws. One button backing is loose, Seam under arm has some loose stitching and small snag on armhole seam that could probably repaired all shown in photos.
