VINTAGE Carriage Court red polka dot top

Red polka dot blouse bought from a Vintage boutique. I would love some advice on what year this is from! My guess would be 70’s based on others I saw online but I’m not 100% sure. Short sleeve, crew neck, silky material. Some small staining on the front center. Priced accordingly. Could probably get the stains out with the right stain removal! Size 12. True to size.
