Vintage custom made by my dad many, many years ago. Sterling silver cuff bracelet with a large oval turquoise stone in the center accented by a silver feather on either side of the turquoise stone. Bracelet can be made a little larger by gently pulling the band out. Do not pull too much or too hard as you may cause the stone to loosen.

afish56 @songofthesouth I would think it would think it could be opened up a bit. But also, it's not made to fit a wrist end to end. It's a cuff bracelet.
