VINTAGE CLEAR CUT CRYSTAL SUNBURST DESIGN HAND BELL

Vintage cut crystal sunburst design hand bell. There is a line that looks like a crack but it may just be an imperfection in the glass. There is no maker's mark or signature that I can find. See pictures. In good preowned condition. I am decluttering my late grandmother's collection
