The dress is a high neck tank top style with a keyhole close at the back. Pearl button. It fits narrow through the shoulders and thin at the chest and waist. Flows out through the skirt. Beautiful drape and flow. No material tag, but likely a polyester material, possibly with cotton or rayon. No stretch. No size tag, but fits like an XXS / XS (can fit up to 28in in the waist, but narrow through the hips). measurements flat — shoulder to shoulder: 9.5in pit to pit: 13in waist: 14in hip: 17.5in length: 57in
