VINTAGE Blue Pleated Skirt

Another vintage item from my mom’s closet! Thus skirt was purchased in Japan in the 90s. Great condition, but unfortunately doesn’t fit me. I would guess that this piece would best fit a size 0 or 2, 24 in pants size for American sizing. Please refer to the following measurements to see if this would fit you!
