VINTAGE Beautiful 1940c dress

STUNNING black cocktail dress, bought from costumer from ‘Broadway Empire’ 10 years ago. I wore it once. No labels. Beautifully made. Light flowy fabric. Fits like a 4/6. Check measurements. Light whiteish stains under arms. I have not tried to get them out. All measurements from flat lay. Bust 19” Waist 14” Hips (5” below waist) 16 1/2” Hem 37” Length (shoulder to hem) 37”
