VINTAGE BLACK WOMANS HAT 1940'S

This is a beautiful old hat I believe it to be a size 21 because it is just a little small for me. this hat has a brim that is larger in the front than the back , it has a beautiful cloth flower on the side and a ribbon that goes all around the hat and hangs down slightly in the back.
