This is just an adorable hit. It’s all velvet really really cute. I think it’s in very good condition for being vintage and then you can see the inner looping almost like a braiding going right around the heat. It’s just meant to set directly on the head just super super cute And that measures approximately 6 to 7 inches across. There is a little bit of wiggle room in it and if it looks like there’s any flaws, it’s just the way that the light hits the velvet as we know velvet is a little temperamental, but this is still a very cute, adorable little hat for any occasion it fits on the forehead with that little V coming down and it’s just so cute , yes if you have any concern
