VINTAGE BLACK HAT

This is a very nice , very ware able black straw and silk hat. It is a vintage piece with a label from Bevy Rose New York . It has a silk ribbon around the brim with a bow at the back, inside measurement is about 22 1/2 in. Everyone wondered how she could look so chic at the ambassador’s funeral, that hat looked fantastic on her,
