VINTAGE Art Deco Pendant Brass Black Onyx Cabochon Mother of Pearl signed O.D.A.

This vintage piece is obviously reworked. With art deco brass and large gorgeous square onyx cobochon on front attached to a rectangular piece of mother of Pearl with a brutalist leaf marked O.D.A. Pendant on the back. It is so lovely and must tell a long story with the unusual layering of keepsakes. Definitely a true OOAK! If I had to guess, this looks maybe at Art Deco brooch or dress clip that was mounted on a MOP scarf clip or Barrett which was attached to a brutalist leaf pendant. So much of a story here. Probably an overlooked heirloom. I believe I purchased this at an estate sale. It’s truly an amazing beautiful layering of history. I’m listing it just as it is. I cannot find anything about this piece. But I do know you will love it if you decide to purchase this OOAK vintage treasure!! The chain does not appear to be original is 18” long. Just thought I’d share this unusual and beautiful find. Any ideas? Please share with me! 💛
