This is a beautiful vintage 1990's dress made by "Citi Clothing". It is made of a stunning, sheer black fabric with ivory abstract swirling print. The underlayer is a solid black stretch polyester, that smooths everything out. It features a darted bust, drop waist, bias type cut and fit, and a handkerchief hemline. It has a retro 1930's vibe and is sexy and flirty with that perfect 90's style!
