Vintage 90s velvet jumper dress made in the USA by the women’s fashion brand ELEVEN. Women’s size Medium. In excellent pre loved condition. So cute for the holidays! Can be worn without an undershirt as well for a sexier night time look. At first glance, this dress appears black, but under direct light it actually has a beautiful red/burgundy undertone to it that you can only see when the fabric moves. 3 buttons down the side allow for easy on off. Knee length hem (I’m 5’10”) Excellent condition! I can see someone wearing this to a Christmas party with a cute Christmas sweater underneath.
