Vintage MODA INT’L 90’s skirt is pre owned and in very good condition. No rips or stains. No size or fabric tag. Feels like silk. Recently hand washed and hung to dry and came out beautifully. Listing as a medium and may work as a medium large. Measurements: Waist flat side to side, when tied is approx 15” Hips flat side to side : 23” Top to bottom: approx 33” plus approx 5” with the longer length on sides.
