VINTAGE 80s Patty O'Neil midi dress grey with white pinstripes

VINTAGE 80s Patty O'Neil tag says size 13. it is NOT a standard 13. I'm guessing it's a 4. please see measurements below midi dress grey and white pinstripes no fabric tag but it feels like linen. there is some pilling and pulls (see picture) but all around its in good shape. there is no belt. I have discounted significantly for the imperfections. pit to pit approx 20" elasticized waist approx 24" unstretched pit to bottom approx 34"
